Janus Henderson

A new combined digital experience for established brands

Janus Capital Group and Henderson Global Investors merged to form Janus Henderson Investors. Following the merger, the asset management firm had the large task of amalgamating the multiple websites they had on different CMS platforms, with different brand identities and disparate visual approaches.  

We held global meetings twice a week to ensure that all stakeholders had a voice over their relevant sections as well as maintaining expectations across project.

Workshops were held with key stakeholders to uncover the issues and opportunities that could be improved upon.

Redesign of company website & account portal

Part of a team that was tasked with creating and delivering a best-in-class digital experience which empowered and enabled customers to self-serve at any time of day or night.



A leading home assistance provider for UK homes. 

We partnered with Homeserve to help them (through a series of identified quick wins) to reach their business objectives quickly. We reduced the steps and interactions to apply, found different ways to configure products, provided a more personal and contextual experience and reduced the noise overall choosing to focus on features and benefits.

We wanted customers to feel confident in their choices. We created an IDD flow (self identification ‘progressive’ form) This greatly reduced confusion and uncertainty and helped Homeserve to onboard new customers.

Valley Bank

Home Owners Association

Valley Bank (HOA) (through an opportunity assessment) realised that their HOA customers’ needs weren’t being met and were overlooked online. Existing and new customers relied heavily on a face to face personalised sale to meet their needs. This had to be addressed.

To enable the customers to self identify and reduce traffic through the call centre – we introduced a wizard to guide and empower the customers.
